Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices of the public towards COVID-19 preventive measures: a multinational survey.
With over 3 million cases and 240,000 deaths globally since its discovery in December 2019, COVID-19 has quickly become a global pandemic. Due to the highly infectious nature of the disease, there has been a lot of awareness campaigns on various media outlets globally, nationally and locally. In many countries, residents are bombarded with news and education on COVID-19. Despite this high level of sensitization and various government initiatives to curb the spread, the cases continue to increase.
Hence, this study seeks to assess the knowledge and attitude of the public towards COVID-19, and practice of the preventive measures. This study will provide information that can guide sensitisation programs, educational strategies, research and policy-making to combat COVID-19.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. No form of identification will be requested at any stage of this survey. The information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
