Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde has volunteered to donate his blood for research purposes in the fight against coronaviurs.
The vibrant governor who is one of the high class names to be infected and recover from the virus in Nigeria, took to his official Twitter handle to announce this.
The governor disclosed through his twitter handle @SeyiMakinde, that as a corona-virus survivor he has volunteered to donate his blood for research on “Evaluation of Post Infection Protection Against SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) in Nigeria”.
Recall that the governor was earlier infected with the virus but later conquered it as he has since been discharged and okay.
His recovery sent wild jubilations across the country the same way his infection shocked many to the marrows.
