The University of Ilorin announces resumption date for selected number of Staff as the lockdown eases.
INTERNAL MEMORANDUM
RE: ATTENDANCE OF DUTIES BY OFFICERS ON CONTISS 11 AND ABOVE AND THOSE ON ESSENTIAL DUTIES ON DAILY BASIS
In furtherance to the circular from the head of service of the federation Red No. HCSF/109/5.1.1/104 dated 30th April 2020 on the partial resumption of duty in the country and the subsequent circular UIL/RO/P.8 of May 1st 2020 from the University of Ilorin.
1.All staff on CONTISS 11 and above are hereby directed to be in office on every working (Mondays Friday) with effect from Thursday 4th June 2020
2.Officers are expected to be in the office at 9.00am and close 2pm on each day
3.In attending work daily, the concerned officer are to ensure full compliance to the hygienic and preventive piece by WHO and NCDC on social distancing, regular hand washing , use of hand sanitizer and wearing of facemask
4. All essential workers currently on duty will continue to be available
5. Staff are expected to ensure precautionary measures as advised in (III) above for visitors entering the various offices for business
6. The other categories of staff are enjoined to stay at home , continue to work at home and stay free
7. This directive is until further notice,please.
