The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara state Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has cautioned all culprits of land fake acts in communities across Ilorin Emirate to halt from such act.
This is contained in an announcement given by the Secretary of the Emirate Council, Alhaji S.A. Lawal, on Wednesday separating the traditional ruler from such unpatriotic acts.
"I have been directed by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, to bring to the notice of the general public that he has not authorised or given Power of Attorney to anybody or group in Ilorin Emirate to alienate any landed properties.
“Let the buyer(s) be aware and disregard any unlawful offer and the purported sellers should also be careful not to commit criminal offence in the face ignorance or acclaimed self confidence. Please be warned".
The announcement anyway encouraged the overall population not to spare a moment in reaching suitable experts on account of ambiguities, misinformation and falsehood that may emerge in such issue including that proper authorizations will be allotted on offenders discovered wanton and damaging laws and order.
